Aetna offers traditional-funded (AFA) and self-funded (ACA) group health options for groups as low as 2 employees. Funding Advantage is medically underwritten with 50% of premiums paid by employer, where as the ACA option is not underwritten and employer generally pays 100% of premium, which can vary by state.
