New Rules and Guidelines have been issued by CMS effective October 1st, 2022.

CMS has new Medicare Marketing Rules and Guidelines that apply to MA/MAPD and Part D plans – AND THEY DO AFFECT HOW YOU WORK AS AN AGENT.

By the documents attached to each Health Plan; you have received the Compliance Training and understand and shall cooperate and participate in the Company’s compliance program as necessary for Company’s compliance with CMS. This includes participation in applicable education and training programs as required by the CMS contract or other Governmental authorities.
